If you meet problems within our product, please fill the RMA form and e-mail to sales@june-on.com with your name, phone number and physical address. Any suggestions are also very welcome to e-mail to us.
For technical support, be sure to state your issue in detail along with any relevant details concerning the computers connected to the product; for example, what Operating Systems are being used, and what type of mouse you have. Please state the product¡¦s serial and firmware Revision numbers, both located at the base of the switch.
