When returning a product purchased directly from us and within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding freight/insurance), credit, or an exchange. Any non-defective merchandise Return may be assessed a restocking fee. There will be no refunds after 30 days.
Return and RMA Policy
During warranty period, we provide repair service except the incidental or consequential damages. Please contact support for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide us with your customer account, invoice number, item number, and description and explanation regarding nature of problem. Defective products will be repaired or replaced and shipped via UPS Ground within 30 days. Customers will not be charged for warranty repairs. However, if a returned product does not meet warranty verification, the testing, repair, and/or shipping fees may apply.
